Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in community development or rural project management, preferably in the Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people, including tribal communities. Proven track record of successfully managing projects, mobilizing communities, and achieving measurable impact in rural areas.
